Allison Polomsky is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in the State of Maryland, and a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in the State of Nebraska.
Allison received her Bachelor's Degree from Mississippi State University, and her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University.
During her career, Allison has worked throughout the country helping couples, families, and individuals manage challenging emotional, behavioral, and relationship issues. She specializes in helping couples who are experiencing problems with communication, trust, intimacy, and commitment. She works with individuals to help them address issues associated with anxiety, depression, and other types of mental health issues. Allison helps individuals who struggle with low self-esteem, family of origin issues, and stress. She also helps families address issues with parenting, divorce, behavior management, and she is uniquely qualified to address issues with parenting special needs children.
Having been a military spouse for over 20 years, Allison specializes in working with military families and helping them address the distinct challenges they face.
